REALESTATE REDEFINED

THE BRIEF:
To create a brand and online experience for a boutique high end Real Estate company located in the heart of Sydney Australia’s most opulent suburb of Double Bay.

THE CHALLENGE:
The brand did not have any market presence. It was up to us to define a brand and tagline that would stand out amongst the hundreds of Real estate brands in the market.

THE SOLUTION:

  • After team workshops and an initial consultation, we set out to name the new brand and form guidelines for the new vision, values, voice and visual style. The new brand name was REALESTATE REDEFINED, and the tag line
    We do things differently’.
  • Once the new brand look had been created, we worked closely with the Founder and CEO to realise a wealth of launch material, ranging from bespoke marketing materials, to signboard communications, plus national and local advertising to launch the new brand.
  • Our main aim was to create a luxury Real Estate company with branding that reflected a sophisticated vision for the future and captured the high end Real Estate Market.

THE TECHNICAL BIT:
It was important to develop a brand that would reflect the exact standards we created offline. We created a high end custom wordpress website website with integrated social media and a back end upload feature that feeds in properties in real-time.
