THE BRIEF:
To create a brand and online presence for the David C. Gray – an authentic and proven property entrepreneur, successful property business owner, engaging speaker, and thought leader.
David also wanted to create an ebook and social media presence and needed a tagline and a story.

THE CHALLENGE:
David’s personal brand did not have any market presence. It was up to us to define, position and create personal brand and tagline that would stand out amongst the hundreds of Real estate brands and agents in the market.

THE SOLUTION:
After team workshops and an initial consultation we set out to brand David.

  • We created a bespoke logo, signature, brand style guide and formed guidelines for the new vision, values, voice and future vision of the brand. We cemented the new brand tagline that positioned him across all offline and online social channels as well as his new ebook and marketing collateral. The tagline: DAVID C. GRAY – The Lifestyle Property Entrepreneur. “Decades of Experience, Results Driven, Wealth Builder.
  • Once the new brand look and feel had been created, we worked closely with David and his team to realise a wealth of launch material, ranging from bespoke video, photos, creative content, marketing materials and social media posts and management across Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin to launch and position the new brand.
  • Once we built out the online presence we created out his unique ebook called “THE SECRETS OF THE LIFESTYLE PROPERTY ENTREPRENEUR. This involved writing, editing, design and content.   • We built out the social media channels to reflect the brand.

THE TECHNICAL BIT:
It was important to develop a brand that would reflect the exact standards we created offline. We created a high end custom wordpress website with integrated social media, an ebook lead funnel page integrated with convertkit.

THE SOCIAL BIT:
We developed the imagery, video, content and social media strategy and presence for the David C. Gray brand.
This was based on his unique brand style and personality.
